It's toilet humour, in a realm far distant from where you reside Mel. And it was said at about midnight when we were all tired, drinking some cold mocha type concoction and eating pancakes. But I loved the fact that Tim said it before he used the bathroom, thus implying that he wasn't expecting it to be usable when he was done.
